My Miracle Stories

When we familiarize ourselves with the inner workings of miracles, we soon begin to understand almost anything is possible

Life-saving miracles are a profound and eye-opening way to become acquainted with the dance of miracles in our lives; because of their obvious nature, they are impossible to ignore.

They yank us out of the monotony of our humdrum lives and instantly stop us in our tracks. They drive us to question many of the things that we think we know about our world, or even what we have been told about being human, with regards to our abilities and limitations.

These majestic displays of gallantry are the most rare of miracles however. It’s the every-day interactions with the force of miracles in our lives that speak a much greater tale, and we all have them, whether we recognize them or not.

My story of miracles has been ongoing since my first, though my daily interactions are with four more kinds of miracles that are very different than my first grandiose, life-saving ones. I sometimes believe those were there simply to get my attention.
The miracles that have continued to show up in my life for the past 30 years weren’t initially as easy to recognize, because they were never as dramatic and I wasn’t in such danger. I went through a decade or so not paying too much attention to any of it at all, because my coveted jobs in the music business (likely granted by a miracle too) took every bit of time and energy I had. It seemed like a huge coincidence that when I really needed a big change and wanted to leave NY, I was tossed across the country to Texas by the company I was working for, all expenses paid into a community of friends already waiting for me.

I had no idea the force of miracles could do that either, until I saw it happen again and again throughout my life, similarly. At that particular time I was living in complete compromise without ever having a moment to myself. When I finally went to quit my job a few years later, complaining that all I wanted was personal time to go to one single yoga class, have 5 minutes here and there to meditate, and not be so tired I would fall asleep at yet another ear-wrenching Metallica concert, I was given another gift from the universe to propel me forward again.

When that happened, I behaved just like everyone else. Of course I didn’t recognize it as the force of miracles, but meh, just another fantastic opportunity through exact synchronicity, ‘Oh look, how cool! That happened again!’ I never connected the dots. This is what we all do.

Recognizing our miracles for what they really are will help us align to the powers of which we have been born. Miracles will help us discover how we are truly super-human.

How I Was Delivered the Perfect Partner – a Miracle of Manifestation

So much more than the Law of Attraction, I wrote over 73 traits of what I wanted in a parter in a very special  journal, walked away and simply forgot all about it.

It was more of an exercise in healing a bad relationship than anything else… or so I thought.

A few years later, I was dragged kicking and screaming across the country from where I wanted to be, where a surprise awaited.

I discovered that miracles want what I want (Usually…)

Every near miss relationship seems to have at one thing in common, and that is the proverbial ‘but’.

“At first he was there all the time but….”

“He told me he wanted children but….”

Mine happened to start with, ‘We had so much chemistry, but…’ and I couldn’t seem to find a good enough reason to…

An Instant Healing Miracle – At the Home of a Miracle Hub

In India there’s no need to set your alarm clock to wake up for what seems like ridiculously early morning meditations. The roosters will do it for you.

After spending a few weeks crammed into a dormitory with a dozen or so spiritual seekers from around the world, I began to covet the roosters’ raucous calls to awaken, not only because of anticipation of another bucolic day that awaited, but because they also heralded the sweet and distant sounds of the devotional music piped through speakers that would arrive shortly; its enchanted soundtrack entangled in the peaceful stillness of the early hour with its dew laden greenery below the muted pink, violet and pastel blue skies ready to dawn on the horizon. The vast and expansive

The Doppelgänger at My Doorstep

Healing miracles don’t only come in the medical variety. And they certainly don’t appear the way you may imagine they would.

It was two years after my father’s passing and I was still upset and unsettled about the circumstances that did not allow me to be with him for his last days, as the anniversary of his death drew near. It was also happened to be the same time frame in which we were getting ready for our late summer road trip to Quebec.

Our beloved Canadian territory was relatively inexpensive, not too far of a drive up the Eastern Corridor, and a repeat from the year before. We also chose it because I had a shaky car, because my boyfriend held a love of its cycling and rail trails, and it was an opportunity to immerse in a foreign (French) culture. Since I was…

My First Major Miracle That Changed Everything I Thought I Knew

Miracles are Alive and Well and Much Smarter Than Me

“Not again! WHAT is going on?”

Screeching to the curb, I blast open the door, and in my platform shoes, mini skirt, and huge strides, I storm around the front of the car to drop and crawl on my thinly stockinged knees in the near-dark, fingers fumbling as they navigate their way around every inch of the sticky, city-dirt covered passenger side front tire.

“Nothing! It’s absolutely NOTHING,” I rant to my closest girlfriend who is hanging halfway out of the rolled down car window to watch.

It all seemed so ridiculous. And futile. Definitely futile. What could all of those people be pointing at? I straighten up and rub the top layer of dirt from my grimy hands on the inside hem of my skirt and scurry back to resume our…
