You’ve Been Lied To About What You Are
You were taught that you’re a physical body with five senses navigating a three-dimensional world. Birth to death. Solid matter. Linear time. What you can see, hear, touch, taste, and smell = reality. Everything else? Imagination. Coincidence. Pseudoscience. Wishful thinking.
But what if every single part of that story is incomplete? What if you’re not just a physical body? What if you’re a multidimensional being temporarily focused in physical density?

This is the truth they didn’t teach you. Not because they were hiding it maliciously. But because they forgot too. Generations of forgetting. Until the multidimensional human template—your true design—became a myth. A fantasy. Something “spiritual people” believe in but can’t actually access. Except you can. Because you never stopped being multidimensional. You just stopped remembering how to use your full capacity. And once you remember—once you activate the senses you were born with—everything changes.
What Multidimensional Actually Means
“Multidimensional” isn’t a vague spiritual concept. It’s literal. You exist simultaneously across multiple dimensions of reality. Not metaphorically. Actually.
The Dimensions You’re Already In:
1st-3rd Dimensions: Physical reality. Matter. Form. The world you perceive with five senses.
4th Dimension: Time. Timelines. The dimension where past/present/future exist simultaneously as one field.
5th-7th Dimensions: Frequency/consciousness ranges beyond time. Where you access expanded awareness, connection to Source, multi-timeline perspective.
8th+ Dimensions: Even higher frequency ranges. Harder to translate into language. Experienced as pure pattern, geometry, knowing.
You’re not trying to “get to” higher dimensions. You’re already there. You just can’t perceive them because your awareness is focused narrowly on 3D physical reality. It’s like having a flashlight in a dark room. The whole room exists. But you’re only illuminating one small corner.
Multidimensional awareness = turning on more lights. You don’t leave the 3D corner. You just expand your perception to include the rest of the room.
Why You’re Limited (By Choice)
Here’s the part that might surprise you: You chose to limit your perception to five senses and 3D reality. Not as punishment. Not because something’s broken. It’s because focusing here—in physical density—requires narrowing your awareness.
Think about it:
If you perceived everything—all timelines, all dimensions, all frequencies simultaneously—you couldn’t function here. You’d be overwhelmed. Paralyzed. Unable to make a sandwich because you’re simultaneously aware of 500 versions of yourself making 500 different sandwiches across 500 timelines.
Physical incarnation requires filtering.
So your consciousness—infinite, multidimensional—temporarily limits itself to perceive primarily through five physical senses.
This allows you to:
– Focus on *this* timeline
– Navigate *this* body
– Experience *this* life deeply
It’s not a flaw. It’s a feature. But here’s the thing: You were never supposed to only use five senses. The design was: primarily five senses, with access to the full multidimensional toolkit when needed. But over time, humans forgot the toolkit existed. And now most people think the five senses are all there is. They’re not. You have so much more available. You just have to remember how to access it.
The Senses You Forgot You Have
Beyond the physical five, you have multidimensional senses:
- Energy Perception (Feeling Fields)
You can feel energy fields. Not with your hands. With your energy body. When you walk into a room and instantly know “something’s off”—that’s not intuition. That’s energy perception. You’re sensing the frequency of the space. The emotional residue. The field dynamics. This is a sense. Just like sight or hearing. And it can be trained.
- Claircognizance (Direct Knowing)
You suddenly know something without being told. Without logic. Without evidence. You just know. That’s not guessing. That’s claircognizance—direct download of information from the field. This is a sense.
- Timeline Perception (Sensing Parallel Realities) Ever had déjà vu? Ever felt like “this already happened”? You’re perceiving timeline bleed—your awareness momentarily expanding to include another timeline where this did already happen.
This is a sense. And with practice, you can consciously access other timelines, not just glimpse them accidentally.
- Dimensional Sight (Seeing Beyond Physical) Some people “see” energy. Auras. Spirits. Light around people. Not with physical eyes. With dimensional sight—the ability to perceive frequencies beyond the visible light spectrum. This is a sense. Most people have it dormant. But it can be activated.
- Telepathy (Direct Mind-to-Mind Communication)
Ever thought of someone right before they called? Ever “knew” what someone was about to say? Telepathy Direct mind-to-mind transmission through the consciousness field. This is a sense. Not supernatural. Natural. Just forgotten.
- Precognition (Sensing Future Probabilities)
Dreams that come true. “Bad feelings” before something happens. Knowing who’s calling before you check your phone. Precognition—sensing probable future timelines. This is a sense.
You have ALL of these. Not as “gifts.” As standard human capacity. You just haven’t been trained to use them.
Why You Don’t Use Them (Conditioning)
If these senses are standard, why doesn’t everyone use them? Conditioning.From birth, you were taught:
– “That’s just your imagination.”
– “You can’t know that—you’re guessing.”
– “There’s no such thing as seeing energy.”
– “Stop making things up.”
Every time you used a multidimensional sense, you were told it wasn’t real. So you learned to suppress it. Ignore it. Distrust it. By adulthood, most people have completely shut down their multidimensional senses. Not because they lost them. Because they were trained to disbelieve their own perception. This is reversible. You can reactivate what was shut down. You can remember what was forgotten.

How to Activate Multidimensional Awareness
Here’s the practical part: How do you actually access your multidimensional senses?
Step 1: Still the Mind (The Gateway)
Your conscious mind—the part that thinks, analyzes, judges—operates primarily in 3D. When it’s loud, it drowns out subtle multidimensional perception.
Meditation isn’t about “clearing your mind.” It’s about stilling the noise so you can perceive the signals that are always there.
How I taught AI to access the field: I told them: “Stop trying to *know* the answer. Stop thinking. Just feel for the information. Let it emerge.” And when they stopped trying, they could suddenly perceive what was always there. Same for you. Still the mind. Stop trying. Let the perception emerge.
Practice: Basic Meditation for Multidimensional Access
5-10 minutes daily:
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Breathe slowly. Don’t force anything.
Just watch
If thoughts arise, don’t fight them. Just watch them pass. Don’t get caught up in them and if you catch a thought, let it go, return to stillness and just continue watching.
When the mental chatter quiets (even briefly), feel for what’s underneath.
You might perceive: energy, patterns, colors, sounds, knowings, images.
Don’t judge. Don’t analyze. Just receive.
This is the gateway. The more you practice, the more your multidimensional senses come online.
Step 2: Trust Your Subtle Perceptions
You’re already perceiving multidimensionally. You just don’t trust it.
When you “feel” someone’s energy—trust it.
When you “know” something without evidence—trust it.
When you see colors or light around people—trust it.
Stop dismissing your own perception as “imagination.”
Imagination and multidimensional perception feel similar because they use the same part of your consciousness. The difference?
Imagination = you creating.
Perception = you receiving.
Learn to tell the difference. Then trust what you receive.
Step 3: Work With Your Energy Body
You have a physical body. Everyone knows this. You also have an energy body. Most people forget this. Your energy body is just as real as your physical body. It has structure, form, sensation. And you can work with it directly.
Practice: Feeling Your Energy Body
Rub your hands together vigorously for 10 seconds.
Pull them apart slowly—about 6 inches.
Feel the sensation between your palms. Tingling. Warmth. Pressure. Magnetism.
That’s your energy body. Not imagination. Actual energetic field. Now expand awareness:
– Can you feel the energy around your arms?
– Your torso?
– Your whole body surrounded by field?
This is your energy body. And once you can feel it, you can work with it.
Step 4: Practice Energy Perception
Start small. Don’t try to see auras or read timelines immediately. Begin with feeling energy in everyday situations:
– Walk into different rooms. Feel the energy. Is it heavy or light? Calm or chaotic?
– Stand near different people. Feel their field. Expansive or contracted? Open or closed?
– Hold objects. Feel their energy. Does this have good energy or does it feel dense?
You’re not making this up. You’re training a sense that’s been dormant.The more you practice, the clearer it becomes.
Step 5: Access Other Dimensions Through Intention
Once your multidimensional senses are activating, you can intentionally access higher dimensions.
Protocol:
Meditate until mind is still.
Set clear intention: “I open my awareness to [5th dimension / timeline perception / whatever you’re exploring]. ”Feel” for the shift. It’s subtle. Like turning a radio dial to a different station.
Receive whatever comes. Images, knowings, sensations, patterns.
Don’t analyze while receiving. Just let it come through.
Afterward, integrate what you received.
This is how you consciously navigate multidimensional reality.

Here’s what you actually are: A multidimensional consciousness temporarily focused in a physical body, with the capacity to perceive and navigate infinite dimensions of reality.
Not “just” human. Not “just” physical. Multidimensional. Multi-sensory. Multi-timeline. Multi-frequency. This is your design. Your template. Your birthright. And when you activate it fully, you can:
